The Rabbit Hole had previously operated exclusively online, distributing and selling tea. Until now, my work for them had focused on logo design and simple wholesale labelling. But with the opening of their new Tea Bar in the heart of Chippendale, Sydney, they required comprehensive design and brand consultation across every element of their business.
Every touchpoint of The Rabbit Hole brand needed to be carefully considered—from signage, collateral, menus, and labelling to food-safe packaging. This project extended far beyond design alone; it involved close collaboration with overseas suppliers to ensure production consistency across the umbrella brand as well as interchangeable packaging and labelling across a wide variety of teas, achieving economical manufacturing while maintaining a premium finish.
